Continuing the tradition of sharing the gift of reading with our families, the Downers Grove location of Barnes & Noble is offering each of their customers the opportunity to purchase a new kids book for Sharing Connections Furniture Bank.

The books are used for our annual client Christmas program and will go directly to families using our services. In addition, books will be provided to schools that cannot afford to purchase books for their children's library.

"The book drive is a wonderful way to instill a lifetime of learning in children ," said a Sharing Connections volunteer, who is a former teacher.
