We are very proud that our dedicated client care volunteers provide clients with a combined total of over 75 years (yes, we said years) of experience serving our guests AND over 35 years of combined expertise through our staff working in social service, non-profit organizations and agencies.
Once the referral is approved, call and schedule the pickup appointment.
Our personal shoppers will walk with the client to select the items.

Crib Only Pickup
The CRIB ONLY referral is the perfect option for a client who needs a crib for their little one - and it's time sensitive. Additional baby items like car seats, high chairs, clothing, etc. may be provided when available. Client still qualifies for Bed Only or Furniture in the future.
Beds Only Pickup
The BEDS ONLY referral should be used when furniture items are not needed but receiving the mattress/box set(s) is a time sensitive issue. This option may also include a new crib. Additional items like bedding, pillows, etc. may be provided if available. Client still qualifies for a future Furniture pickup.
All Inclusive Pickup
Our traditional program is our ALL-INCLUSIVE referral. This option should be used when the client is in need of basic furniture, household items and mattresses/crib. Using this option is a once in a lifetime program and no future visits are permitted.

[7/6/2021] Showroom Opens for Client Visits
The final touches are being done on our showroom to once again allow clients to select their own items. Availability of items depends on donated inventory so limits do apply. No-Contact services are still available upon request that allows our shoppers to select the items in advance and make them ready for a simple pickup. Adult clothing services to resume mid-July 2021.
[8/4/2020] Program Fee Changes
Our program fee structure hasn’t changed is any major way since 2008 yet our our costs to purchase new cribs and twin sets has skyrocketed over the years by 360%. Minor adjustments implemented September 1, 2020 to our client fees. Partner agent referrals will still get a discount vs. all in-house service fees.
